　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
1 `5 @# @7 S; i; d$ P　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
, ~, u- D4 f) V4 h　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
1 L5 ?; ]# U7 s2 {: w/ j　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
! ~3 A) M. Z8 ^" O" e9 L" H5 `' K　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
1 ^" S* N: c; k3 J2 H9 t, e　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
9 }% L; ~# l/ L　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
9 N5 l* M5 Q1 {: b& k5 I　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
* ?; o, [  B; K7 J' b# Q8 C" V' e　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
$ E" K4 A; [$ V: A5 z' n( j　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；

　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
